Our stay here was really really nice, good choice for exploring Norwich. We had deluxe queen room, and it was attractive. Central location was a plus. The hotel itself was in a nice enough area.

I really enjoyed my stay! The heated swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, and I loved that I had it all to myself. Breakfast in the charming memorabilia-filled rooms was good, especially with such fresh options. My room was cozy and perfectly maintained, just like the pictures promised!

The manageress was very understanding and addressed our needs with kindness. We enjoyed a lovely meal that was well-prepared, and the heated pool gave my wife great joy.

Just a decent option for a passing visit in Norwich with attractive and competitive value for money. The shower had a great water pressure which was refreshing after a long day. Bring your own refreshments as there was no small fridge in the room.
